Repairs
- I may want to pay out of pocket and need an estimate. Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
You can stop by any time during our normal business hours for an estimate. It only takes 15-20 minutes.
- My car is not driveable. What should I do?
Give us a call! We can help arrange for a tow to our shop if that is what your vehicle needs.
- I have some dings in my vehicle. How do I know if they can be paintless dent repaired (PDR) or actually require paint to fix them?
Either way, we can repair your vehicle. Stop by and see us! We can evaluate the damage and then schedule you in.
Insurance
- The insurance company wrote an estimate. What's next?
Come down and see us with your damaged vehicle and copy of the insurance estimate. If your vehicle requires any additional repairs, we will negotiate with the insurance company to get those covered.
- My insurance company gave me a list of preferred shops. Do I have to choose one of those?

- Does Langonet do comprehensive claims with insurance companies?

- My insurance company wrote aftermarket parts (A/M). I want to make sure my car gets original equipment manufactured (OEM) parts. How do I go about not getting aftermarket parts on my car?

Rentals
- I need a rental while my vehicle is being repaired. How do I go about arranging one?
Langonet can help you navigate the rental process. We will verify coverage and arrange a rental for a time that is convenient for you! We can even have the rental company meet you here when you drop off your vehicle for repairs.
- I don't have rental coverage on my policy. Can I arrange a rental through the at fault insurance company?
Adding rental to your insurance policy is recommended and it's easy and inexpensive! If you don't have rental coverage, you may be able to procure a rental through the at fault party.
File a claim for rental ONLY (repairs are still going through your own insurance) through the other insurance company, and Langonet will help you through the rest of the process!
Detailing
- What does a complete detail include?
We will clean the inside and outside of your vehicle. This includes vacuum, shampoo, buff and wax. We can also buff out scratches and touch up minor nicks at the same time.
- How much is it to get my car detailed?
The price of a detail depends on the size and color of your vehicle. Need a quote? Just give us a call.
- How long does it take to get a car detailed?
Drop your car off in the morning by 8:30am and we will have it ready for you that afternoon!
